Let me tell you a quick story…
I’ve always thought of myself as a healthy gal. I was an elite athlete in my 20’s, went to the Olympics in 1996 In my late 20s, I started my family and have 3 sons and they have grown into amazing young men. Over the years, I exercised at various intensities with a variety of forms of exercise: yoga, running, group fitness, cycling, and swimming. My diet was pretty good and I took a multivitamin daily.
When COVID hit in 2020, I realized that just being healthy wasn’t going to be enough to really keep me or my family safe. I began serious research into what would really make a difference in the strength of my immune system. With this collected information, I gradually made changes in my lifestyle, nutrition, daily actions, and supplements.
Information is power and I felt that I needed t share the practical and effective knowledge with other women. I started Health Guru Gal, to share what I learned with other busy gals so they could have a boost in their health too and have the confidence to live their life without fear…And so my journey and deep desire to share practical health solutions for busy women began.
